Rule 12
Daily Agenda
(1) According to the instructions of the Chairman, the Secretary-General or in his absence, the Secretary shall prepare the agenda of the meeting and shall generally provide a copy thereof to the members and the office of the parliamentary party one day in advance. (2) Except as otherwise written in this regulation, no subject not included in the business list of any day can be discussed on that day without taking the permission of the chairman.
